Welcome to Ursus Travel
At Ursus Travel, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our community of gay men and bears. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal data when you use our services to design your curated journeys.
What Data We Collect
To plan your perfect escape, we collect contact details (such as your name, email, and phone number) and trip preferences. Payment processing is handled securely via third-party providers; we do not store your full payment card details on our own servers.
How We Use Your Data
We use your personal information primarily to plan and coordinate your curated itineraries, communicate with you about your bookings, and provide a personalized travel experience.
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze site traffic and improve your browsing experience. This helps us understand which destinations interest our community the most.
Email Marketing Consent
If you join 'The Pack' or sign up for our newsletter, we will send you marketing communications. You can withdraw your consent at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Sharing with Service Providers
To execute your travel plans, we share necessary details with trusted service providers, including hotels, tour operators, ground specialists, and payment processors. We only share the information required to fulfill your booking.
International Data Transfers
Given the international nature of travel, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the United States where our travel partners are located. We ensure appropriate protections are in place for such transfers.
Data Retention and Your Rights
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time.
