Welcome to Ursus Travel. We provide curated travel experiences specifically designed for gay men and bears. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services
Ursus Travel acts as a curator and facilitator for travel journeys. We design itineraries, suggest accommodations, and coordinate activities. We do not own or operate the third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators.

2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate personal information and ensuring you are physically prepared for the travel activities described in your itinerary.

3. Bookings and Payments
Payments for our coordination services are typically folded into the total trip price. Payments for third-party services (flights, hotels, etc.) are subject to the terms of those individual providers. You are responsible for all costs associated with your journey.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Our planning and hosting fees are non-refundable. Cancellations of third-party bookings are governed by the specific refund policies of those providers. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

5. Travel Risks and Liability Limits
Travel involves inherent risks. Ursus Travel is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party providers, weather, political instability, or other factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount of our coordination fee.

6. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements
It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, necessary visas, and required vaccinations or health documentation for all destinations on your itinerary.

7. Intellectual Property
All itinerary designs, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of Ursus Travel and may not be used without our express written consent.

8. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only share necessary information with travel partners to facilitate your bookings.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
